Sc对Al-Mg-Mn-Cr-Ti晶间腐蚀性能的影响

Influence of trace Sc on intergranular corrosion properties of Al-Mg-Mn-Cr-Ti alloy

  • 摘要: 对不同稀土钪添加量的Al-Mg-Mn-Cr-Ti合金晶间腐蚀性能进行了测试,并采用OM,SEM和EDS对其组织进行了观察.结果表明,微量添加到Al-Mg-Mn-Cr-Ti合金中的Sc元素,可降低合金发生晶间腐蚀的倾向性.钪影响Al-Mg-Mn-Cr-Ti合金晶间腐蚀性能的原因是,钪的添加细化了合金凝固组织,减少了杂质元素Fe、Si等在晶界的偏聚浓度,改变了合金凝固过程中β相的形态与分布.钪的添加,使合金晶界区发生电化学腐蚀程度减弱,提高了合金晶间腐蚀抗力.

     

    Abstract: The effect of trace Sc on the intergranular corrosion properties of Al-Mg-Mn-Cr-Ti alloy was investigated by intergranular corrosion test, the the microstructure of samples was examined with OM, SEM and EDS. The experimental results show that the addition of trace Sc could decrease the intergranular corrosion sensitivity and refine the grain size of as-cast Al-Mg-Mn-Cr-Ti alloy. The addition of trace Sc could reduce the gathering of Fe, Si impurities around grain boundary and modify the morphology and distribution of β-phase. It is found that the addition of Sc has obvious effect on intergranular corrosion property of Al-Mg-Mn-Cr-Ti alloy because Sc reduces the electrochemical corrosion in grain boundary.
