X65管闪光对焊过程在线监测及工艺控制

On-line monitoring and process control of X65 steel pipeline flash butt welding

  • 摘要: 搭建管道闪光对焊焊接过程在线监测系统,实现对工艺参数如焊接电压、焊接电流、位移及压力的实时采集、在线监测和数据存储。针对X65管线钢管闪光对焊工艺设计正交试验,在参照在线监测系统提取各组正交试验电流和位移等参数历史数据的基础上,对X65管线钢管闪光对焊工艺进行优化。通过对比分析各组正交试验不同阶段电流均值和均方差,研究管道闪光对焊过程焊接电流和进给速度变化规律,为焊接参数非线性自适应控制提供依据。

     

    Abstract: A pipeline flash butt on-line monitoring system is established, and the real-time data acquisition, on-line monitoring and high speed data storage of the pipeline process parameters such as flash butt welding voltage, welding current, displacement and pressure are realized by the system. For X65 pipeline flash butt welding,tests are designed by orthogonal experiment. Based on the tests results and those welding parameters data recorded by the pipeline flash butt on-line monitoring system, welding parameters are optimized. The changes of welding current and welding rate are investigated by comparative analysis of the mean and standard deviation of welding current at different welding stages of each test in order to provide basis for welding parameters nonlinear adaptive controlling.
