高韧性TM13埋弧焊丝的研制

Research and development of TM13 high toughness submerged arc welding wire

  • 摘要: 通过对合金成分的优化设计,得出了一种Ni3系TM13埋弧焊丝. 用TM13焊丝匹配高碱度烧结焊剂TMF105进行了熔敷试验、厚板对接试验、扩散氢和抗裂性试验. 结果表明,熔敷金属显微组织主要由针状铁素体、先共析铁素体和侧板条铁素体组成;TM13焊丝匹配TMF105焊剂可以获得具有良好CTOD断裂韧性的厚板焊接接头;并且所研制的TM13焊丝对热输入的适应性很好,热输入在22~36 kJ/cm之间变化时,熔敷金属都具有优良的低温韧性.

     

    Abstract: The Ni3 based TM13 submerged arc welding wire was developed by optimizing the design of alloy composition. Submerged arc welding with matched agglomerated flux was carried out to get the deposited metal and the butt joint. The results indicated that the microstructure is mainly of acicular ferrite, grain boundary ferrite and ferrite side plates. The developed TM13 welding wire matched TMF105 flux can produce thick butt joints with good CTOD fracture toughness. And the developed welding wire can produce deposited metals of high low temperature toughness when the heat input varied from 22 to 36 kJ/cm.
