激光沉积成形修复薄壁叶片模拟件的三维形变分析

Analysis of three-dimension deformation for thin-walled blade simulator repaired by laser deposited

  • 摘要: 压缩机叶片激光再制造对设备延寿意义重大,但过程所产生的微小、离散、非线性形变影响叶轮整体运行性能,且该类形变难以精确测量,影响工艺优化及成形性能评价,文中针对该问题展开研究,以体积损伤薄壁叶片模拟件为对象开展激光再制造,以三维反求的表面点云数据为依据,对再制造前后整体型面、热影响区以及垂直截面形变变化规律开展分析. 结果表明,模拟件整体形变变化较小,形状尺寸变化在0.2~0.5 mm之间,热影响区是形变最集中区域;热影响区形变呈均匀分布特征,尺寸变化在0.44~0.50 mm之间;垂直截面形状尺寸变化在-0.2~0.2 mm之间,呈微小形变弯曲特征.

     

    Abstract: The laser remanufacture is very important in the life-prolong of equipments. and the deformation caused by the course was small, discrete and non-linear. The deformation could affect the operating performance seriously, but meannhite it was hard to be measured accurately, which affected the process optimization and the forming evaluation. Aiming at this, the blade simulator was taken as target to realize its laser remanufacture, the point cloud data of the simulator surface by reverse engineering was taken for granted, the deformation law before and after remanufacture for the whole surface, the heat-affected zone and the vertical section was analyzed. The result shows that, the deformation of the whole simulator was relatively small, the dimensional change range was 0.20-0.50 mm and the heat-affect zone was the most concentrate zone. The deformation of the heat-affected zone taken on the characteristic of uniform distribution, the range was 0.44-0.55 mm. The dimensional change of the vertical section was between -0.20-0.20 mm and it takes on the characteristic of micro-deformation bending.
