平板焊接有限元分析过渡型网格自动生成技术分析

A study of automatically transitional meshing approach for finite element method during butt welding

  • 摘要: 为了很好的完成自编程焊接有限元模拟仿真,需要高精度网格模型. 采用过渡性网格实现对焊缝区、热影响区、母材区的非均匀网格划分,来保证焊接有限元模拟中的精度及效率的常用. 利用前沿推进的二维网格划分策略,结合多层次扫掠法拉伸的三维网格生成方法,构建了一种适用于焊接有限元模拟的网格自动划分方法. 在充分研究焊接有限元计算的网格划分特点的基础上,制定了焊接接头区过渡算法并编制了相应的图像绘制程序. 经计算测试表明,该种多层扫掠结构能有效保证两个方向过渡,提高网格过渡效率.

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the accuracy and the efficiency of the finite element simulation for welding, it was commonly applied by adopting a non-uniform mesh with transitional mesh of the weld joint. An automatic meshing method, which is suitable for finite element simulation of welding, was constructed by the use of progressing front method combined with a multi-level sweep stretching three-dimensional mesh generation method. The transition algorithm of weld joint was investigated based on welding FEM meshing characteristics and the corresponding image drawing program was developed by OpenGL source code. The calculation tests show that the multi-layer sweep structure can effectively ensure the transition towards two directions, and improve the mesh transition efficiency.
