铝合金与低碳钢异种金属材料的激光-压轮焊接

Laser-roll welding of dissimilar metals of low carbon steel and aluminum alloy

  • 摘要: 为了解决传统焊接方法焊接铝合金与低碳钢异种金属的焊接接头性能低下的问题,对低碳钢(steel plate cold rolled commercial,SPCC)与铝合金(A5052-H34)异种金属进行了激光-压轮焊接试验,并确定了最佳的焊接工艺参数.利用激光显微镜、电子探针显微分析仪(EPMA)硬度测试仪、拉伸试验机测试了焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能.结果表明,在接合界面处金属间化合物由具有一定塑性的金属间化合物和完全脆性的金属间化合物组成;接合界面处的金属间化合物的带宽约为8~10μm,此时焊接接头的抗剪强度达到最大值(210 MPa);而具有一定塑性的金属间化合物带宽基本保持不变,约为1.8μm.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the low welded joint properties by the traditional welding of low carbon steel SPCC/aluminum alloy A5052 dissimilar metals, laser roll welding of dissimilar metals of low carbon steel to aluminum alloy A5052 was performed based on 3 kW diode laser robot welding system, and the proper welding parameters were obtained. The characteristics of intermetallic compounds(IMC) at the interface layer were investigated by laser microscope, electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA). The properties of the joint such as hardness and tensile strength were tested. The results showed that the IMC in the interface layer consists of ductile IMC(including Fe3Al and FeAl) and brittle IMC(including FeAl3, FeAl2, Fe2Al5). The thickness of IMC was about 8-10μm. the highest strength of about 210 MPa was reached, while the thickness of ductile interface laye was nealy about 1.8μm.
