电站锅炉集箱管座角焊缝缺陷安全性分析方法

Study on security analysis method for tube filled weld on power boiler set box

  • 摘要: 电站锅炉集箱管座角焊缝位置经常发现裂纹缺陷,部分接管甚至出现泄漏.为避免类似问题的出现,在对该部位角焊缝进行现场勘测及关键部位应力测试的基础上,对管座角焊缝的焊接结构进行了数值计算.探讨了其裂纹产生的原因,分析了内部未焊透缺陷对角焊缝结构安全性的影响.结果表明,所提出的角焊缝缺陷安全性分析方法是可行的及正确的,为电厂焊接结构的安全检修提供了科学的依据.

     

    Abstract: Tensile properties and fracture mechanism of Sn3.0Ag0.5Cu/Cu solder joints aged at 150℃ for different time were investigated at the strain rates of 2×10-4,2 × 10-2 and 2s-1.Experimental results show that the strain rate plays a significant role in the strength and the fracture behavior of the solder joints.The tensile strength of the solder joints increases with increasing of strain rate.The solder joints fail in a ductile mode within the solder at the low strain rate,but fail in a brittle mode inside the IMC layer at the high strain rate.
