双丝旁路耦合电弧MIG焊嵌入式控制系统设计及实现

Design and implementation of embedded control system for consumable DE-GMAW

  • 摘要: 设计并实现了双丝旁路耦合电弧MIG焊嵌入式控制系统,并进行了控制试验.控制系统包括:主控板、送丝控制板和焊接参数显示模块,系统以32位ARM7微控制器LPC2124为基础,可采集并显示焊接参数,控制旁路弧长,控制母材电流.三块电路板之间采用基于RS-485接口和Modbus协议的总线结构连接,可进行数字化通信.通过控制试验表明:该嵌入式控制系统可以对旁路电弧和母材电流进行控制,满足双丝旁路耦合电弧MIG焊的控制需求,使得焊接过程稳定进行,并得到成形良好的焊缝.

     

    Abstract: Embedded control system for consumable DEGMAW was designed and implemented,and the control tests were performed.The control system consisted of the master control board,the wire-feeding control board and the welding parameters display module.The control system based on 32 bits ARM7 microcontroller LPC2124 could collect and display welding parameters, control bypass arc and metal current.Three circuit boards were connected by bus-structure based on RS-485 interface and Modbus protocol,and could realize digital communication.The results of control tests show that this embedded control system could fulfill the control requirements of consumable DEGMAW, and the corresponding welding process was stable and the weld with good appearance could be obtained.
