Ultra-narrow gap GMAW welding of DILLIMAX690E steel

  • 摘要: 采用超窄间隙熔化极混合气体保护自动焊接技术,以厚板DILLIMAX690E钢与国产焊丝为对象,依据相关国家标准对690钢超窄间隙MAG焊接头进行了拉伸、侧弯和冲击试验,分析了接头各区显微组织、微区硬度和宏观形貌.结果表明,用超窄间隙熔化极混合气体保护自动焊工艺,在较小焊接热输入下,实现了对低合金调质高强钢DILLIMAX690E厚板的焊接,熔合良好,成形美观,焊态的焊接接头综合力学性能良好,同时实现了高效焊接.

     

    Abstract: The large thickness plate DILLIMAX690E was welded with domestic welding wire by using the automatic ultranarrow-gap GMAW technology in this research.And based on the relevant national standards,microstructure,micro-hardness and macro-visage of 690 steel welded joints were analyzed by the tensile tests,bending and impact tests.The results showed that the large thickness plate DILLIMAX690E which belonged to the classification which is known as high-strength low-alloy quenched and tempered steel had been welded successfully by the automatic ultra-narrow gap GMAW technology with low welding hea tin-put.Comprehensive mechanical properties of welded joints were ensured with good fusion and forming.Meanwhile,the high efficiency welding was achieved.
