多丝埋弧焊工艺条件对热源参数的影响

Influence of multi-wire submerged arc welding process on heat source parameters

  • 摘要: 为获得多丝埋弧焊的不同电流、电压情况下的热源模型参数,对双椭球热源模型进行了改写.采用有限元的方法,考虑了双丝焊的电弧偏转,对多丝埋弧焊的温度场与热循环进行了计算.结合有限元模拟结果和试验测量结果,通过模式搜索法对不同工艺参数条件下的双椭球模型参数进行了反演计算,获得了双椭球热源模型参数的变化规律.对特定工艺情况以及三丝焊的热源模型进行了试验与计算的对比,发现两者能达到一定的相似性,证明了反演获得的不同工艺条件下的双椭球热源模型参数的准确性.

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the heat source parameters of submerged arc welding in different current and voltage,the double ellipsoid heat source was rewritten.The heat cycle of submerged arc welding was calculated with the deflection of the arc.According to the experiment and simulation results,the pattern search method was applied to obtain the heat source parameter in different welding current and voltage.The simulation heat cycles are similar to the experiment heat cycles.The error of triple-wire welding was lower than 5%.It proves the accuracy of heat source parameter obtained by the pattern search method.
