08MnNiVR大型储罐钢的自动埋弧焊接头性能

Properties of 08MnNiVR large storage tank steel joints by automatic submerged arc welding

  • 摘要: 针对国产08MnNiVR大型储罐钢板在焊接施工的实际情况进行了自动埋弧横焊试验,分析了国产08MnNiVR大型储罐钢板自动埋弧横焊接头的力学性能、金相组织、硬度、冲击吸收功以及冲击断口形貌的扫描电镜分析等.结果表明,焊接完成的国产08MnNiVR大型储罐钢板接头力学性能测试其焊接热影响区(HAZ)的最大硬度值为224 HV10,均符合相关技术标准.经金相显微组织分析,在焊接接头中未发现淬硬组织;对冲击试件断口形貌扫描电镜分析表明,该环焊接头的韧性满足相关技术标准要求.

     

    Abstract: Foreign materials have been used in construction of large storage tank for a very long time in China.At present,the quenched and tempered high strength steel plate for large tanks was domestically developed and applied in the construction of large tanks in China.The mechanical properties tests of horizontal automatic submerged arc welding(SAW) joints of large tank steel plates of 08MnNiVR and the structural properties and Charpy impact fracture appearance were analyzed.It can be concluded that the mechanical properties of the joints can meet the requirements of the related standards of large tank welding construction.The hardness of HAZ is 224 HV10.The structures and toughness of domestic 08MnNiVR steel can meet the needs of construction and can replace the imported storage tank steel to be used in the construction of large storage tank.
