热处理对高强铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头热力影响区组织和性能的影响

Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of thermomechanical affected zone of high-strength aluminum alloy

  • 摘要: 分析讨论了热处理对高强铝合金热力影响区的组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,经热处理后,热力影响区的棒状沉淀相逐渐消失,球状沉淀相弥散分布在热力影响区的晶界和晶粒中.两种铝合金在热处理后力学性能上都有一定的提高,7075铝合金接头的抗拉强度可达415 MPa,是母材抗拉强度的89.5%,7050铝合金接头的抗拉强度可达422 MPa,是母材抗拉强度的89.8%,断裂几乎都发生在前进侧的热力影响区,并且硬度的最低处在前进侧热力影响区.

     

    Abstract: The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of high-strength aluminum alloy was investigated.The results showed that the rod-like precipitation disappears gradually and the spherical precipitation is dispersed in the grain boundary and grain of TMAZ after heat treatment.The mechanical properties of aluminum alloys after heat treatment is improved,the tensile strength of 7075 aluminum alloy can reach to 415 MPa,89.5% of the base metal,the tensile strength of 7050 aluminum alloy can reach to 422 MPa,89.8% of the base metal,both the fracture and the lowest hardness appear in TMAZ of advancing side of joints.
