电子束能量密度空间分布三维瞬态模拟及计算

3D transient simulation and computation for electron beam energy density spatial distribution

  • 摘要: 电子束束流特性对焊缝成形影响至关重要,同时表征电子束焊机的制造品质.在单层电子束剖面能量模型分布的基础上构造整体电子束能量密度空间分布,基于OpenGL图形库对高速瞬态电子束流进行三维可视化仿真.设计了剖面能量密度等值线跟踪绘制算法.通过等值线数据对电子束流空间形态属性进行定量计算和分析.运用MarchingCubes算法.基于三角面片模式重构能量密度值的电子束空间形状,提出空间三维点的鼠标拾取原理并基于重构表面数据论述了关键算法,给出空间表面两点距离度量实现步骤.结果表明.研究内容为电子束束流特性提供定量化评价方法

     

    Abstract: Electron beam(EB) characteristics are important to weld shape which shows quality of EB welding machine.EB energy spatial distribution was built by single section energy model.3D visual simulation was realized for high speed transient EB based on OpenGL graphic library.Tracking algorithm of energy density isoline for single section was designed.Spatial appearance properties for EB were measured and analyzed with data of isoline.EB spatial model based on value of energy density was rendered by marching cubes(MC) algorithm in facet mode.Principle of picking 3D spatial point with mouse was figured out and key algorithms which relied on reconstruction surface data were described.The steps for measuring two points distance of spatial surface were explained in every particular.In a word,an evaluating method in quantity for EB characteristics was showed in the study.
