Weld seam tracking with fuzzy sliding mode controller in high-pressure water environment

  • 摘要: 在搭建高压水环境旋转电弧焊接硬件平台的基础上,对高压舱中焊缝信息检测跟踪系统的组成进行了分析,得到系统传递函数和离散状态方程;基于此离散状态方程,分别用模糊和模糊滑模控制器对含噪声的阶跃信号进行了模拟跟踪,表明模糊滑模控制器有很好的抗干扰性能.设计了适宜的模糊滑模控制器,在高压水环境进行了实际焊缝跟踪试验.通过理论分析和试验结果,证明模糊滑模控制器在高压水环境下旋转电弧焊接焊缝跟踪控制中是有效的.

     

    Abstract: The information detection and weld seam tracing system is analyzed on the high-pressure water environment rotating arc welding hardware platform,and the system transfer function and discrete state equation is obtained. Based on the discrete state equation,the fuzzy and fuzzy sliding mode controller is used to trace the step signal with noise; the result shows that fuzzy sliding mode controller is very good at antijamming. By using the suitable fuzzy sliding mode controller design,the seam tracking experiment is done in the high-pressure water environment. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that fuzzy sliding mode controller used in rotating arc welding seam tracking in high-pressure water environment is effective.
