焊缝区焊接热循环测试程序系统的设计

Designment of test program system for welding thermal cycle in weld zone

  • 摘要: 自行设计了焊缝区焊接热循环测试的程序系统.该程序系统由焊接数据库模块、焊接热循环基础数据采集模块、焊接热循环参数计算模块三大模块组成,集信号自动采集、存储及运算处理等功能于一体,并可以以适当的形式显示或记录测试结果.试验过程中保持同一加热速度不变,实测得到的10CrMo910钢焊缝区焊接热循环的峰值温度和由测试程序得到的峰值温度相差不大,且均较已报道的10CrMo910钢焊接热影响区热循环的峰值温度有较大提高.同时,由测试程序可以更加快捷地获得试验结果.自行设计的程序可以满足实验室进行材料焊接性评定研究的需要.

     

    Abstract: A computer-aided system to test and analyze welding thermal cycle in weld zone was developed in this paper.The software is composed of three modules of welding data base module,basic data collection module and parameters calculation module.It can automatically collect,save,process,display or record the test results.Under the same heating rates,the maxi-mum temperature of 10CrMo910 steel welding thermal cycle in weld zone,which was obtained by actual measurement,was ap-proximately equal to that by the developed system,and both of them were highly greater than the reported results about heat af-fected zone.The self-programmed software can meet the need to study the assessment on material weldability.
