异种金属铁丝-铜板的电容储能冲击焊接

Condenser discharge percussion welding of iron wire to copper sheet

  • 摘要: 为了探索异种金属微型零件焊接的新工艺,采用电容储能冲击焊接方法,成功地实现了铁丝-铜板的焊接,并研究了电容容量、充电电压、铁丝尖端角度、焊接介质(机油)等工艺参数对焊接接头断裂拉力的影响,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了焊接接头的显微组织.结果表明,电容储能冲击焊适合铁丝-铜板异种金属的焊接,接头断裂拉力最大可达350 N,铁丝一侧的熔合区由2~8 μm的细晶粒组成.其最佳的焊接参数是电容容量60 mF,充电电压68V,铁丝尖端角度50°,加机油.

     

    Abstract: In order to study new jointing technique about miniaturized workpiece of dissimilar metal,the joins of iron wire to copper sheet were obtained by using process of condenser discharge percussion welding successfully.The effects of process parameters,namely capacitance,charging voltage,wire taper angle and machine oil,on fracture pull of the joint were studied.Meanwhile,the microstructure of the joint was analyzed with optical microscope and SEM.The results show that condenser discharge percussion welding is suitable for joining iron wire to copper sheet.The maximum fracture pull of the joint can reach to 350 N,and fusion zone close to wire taper is composed of fine grains which sizes are 2 to 8 μm.The optimum parameters are obtained at 60 mF capacitance,68 V charging voltage,50° wire taper angle and added machine oil.
