Accuracy control of nugget quality information for resistance spot welding by DRC method (Ⅰ)

  • 摘要: 采用动态电流滞后角作为质量信息监控电阻点焊熔核质量时,在热量大幅度调节过程中必然伴生明显的电噪声.该噪声若不能实时有效地剔除,就会混同为熔核生长的质量信息.这不仅会严重影响监控系统反馈控制的动态品质,还会直接影响最终的熔核质量.基于线性热量控制原理创建的孪生函数以及据此建立的孪生函数表,为实时剔除点焊熔核生长期质量信息中的电噪声奠定了理论基础.

     

    Abstract: When the dynamic current lag angel as the quality information is used to monitor the nugget quality for resistance spot welding, the serious electrical noise must be produced while the welding heat percentage is being real-time adjusted in a wide range. If this electrical noise could not be real-time removed, it would be wrongly regarded as useful quality information. Therefore the feedback control effect of monitor and the quality of nuggets would become worse. Based on the heat linear control theory about single-phase alternating current welder for resistance spot welding, the twin-function has been set up in this paper, and then the twin-function table for control system has been set up too. These means laid the theoretical foundation of removing the electrical noise from the mixture information of the dynamic current lag angel in the nugget growing process of resistance spot welding.
