Liquid crystal display system for spot welding current waveform and its amplitude-frequency diagram

  • 摘要: 基于TMS320LF2407A型DSP(数字信号处理器)和TFTs6448b型液晶屏控制器,采用间接控制的接口方式,实现了DSP和液晶屏控制器之间数据交换的速度匹配;系统软件采用C语言程序调用汇编语言编写的FFT程序包,确保了FFT算法的执行速度.在交流点焊机上进行了低碳钢点焊的上机检测试验.结果表明,研制的液晶显示系统可以实现点焊电流信号采集、快速傅立叶变换、波形及频谱图的实时显示,证明了系统软、硬件设计的有效性.

     

    Abstract: In order to on-line detect the diameter of the spot-welded nugget through the spectrum of the welding current,a liquid crystal displayer(LCD) system was developed to screen the welding current and its spectrum after fast fourier transformation(FFT).The digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407A and LCD TFTs6448b are indirectly interfaced to realize the data exchange with the same baud rate.Assembly language based program was embedded inside the C program to guarantee the real-time implementation of FFT.Experiments on spot weld of the mild steel with AC welding machine are pursued for the on-line status detection.The feasibility of the above displaying system in sample current collection,carrying out FFT,and displaying the waveform and its spectrum are validated.
