Electron spark deposition on C130

  • 摘要: 通过控制3HES型电火花金属表面强化修复机的电压、频率、功率以及保护气体的流量等工艺参数,采用Ni35阳极材料对C130高温合金进行了电火花沉积修复,并对沉积层进行了金相分析、显微硬度测试.结果表明,电火花沉积层与C130基体有很好的冶金结合,沉积层的显微硬度与基体相比提高了100%.同时沉积层内部也存在着组织不均匀的缺陷,这主要是焊接速度控制得不够均匀以及作用在阳极棒上的作用力不稳定造成的.

     

    Abstract: Through controlling voltage, frequency, power and gas flow of the 3H-ES electric spark harding machine, Ni35 was used to deposit on C130. After deposition, microstructure and microhardness were studied. The result indicates that the sedimentary deposit joins with the substrate firmly, the microhardness of the sedimentary deposit is 100% of substrate. The structure of the sedimentary deposit is non-uniform because of the speed and the force is instability.
