Friction stir welding of antirust aluminum alloy

  • 摘要: 通过大量试验研究了防锈铝LF21搅拌摩擦焊接技术,深入分析了防锈铝搅拌摩擦焊接头的金相组织和力学性能,并探讨了焊接参数对组织性能的影响.对于3 mm厚的防锈铝板,优化的搅拌头材料为1Cr18Ni9Ti,形状为圆锥带凹面形,轴肩尺寸为φ12 mm,焊针跟部直径为4 mm,焊针端部直径为2.8 mm,焊针高度为2.7 mm.优化的焊接工艺参数范围为旋转速度950~1500 r/min,焊接速度37.5~60 mm/min.研究的成果可应用于有色金属材料搅拌摩擦焊接参数的优化,推动中国搅拌摩擦焊接技术在铝焊接中的应用。

     

    Abstract: The friction stir welding of antirust aluminum alloy was investigated through series of experiments, and the metallographic structure and the mechanical properties of the joint were analyzed, and the effects of welding parameters on the structure and properties were discussed.For the 3 mm thick plate of antirust aluminum alloy, the optimal material of the pin is 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and the optimal shape is as follows: circular cone with concave surface, the diameters of the shoulder, the root and the tip are 12 mm, 4 mm and 2.8 mm, respectively, and the length of pin is 2.7 mm.The optimal welding parameter ranges are that the rotation speed is from 950 rpm to 1 500 rpm and the welding speed is from 37.5 mm/min to 60 mm/min.This research can be used in the friction stir welding of the other nonferrous materials, and also can promote the application of friction stir welding in welding of aluminum alloy.
