脉冲MAG堆焊成形焊道表面质量模糊综合评价

Fuzzy synthesis estimation of bead surface quality for pulse MAG welding prototyping

  • 摘要: 采用层次分析法理论,与实际焊接经验相结合,确定焊道的连续性、均匀性、飞溅三种指标的焊道表面质量综合评价权重系数;应用模糊理论建立了焊道表面质量隶属评判对照表;并将层次分析法理论与模糊评判理论相结合,应用于实际焊道表面质量的评价。评价结果与实际观测到的结果相吻合,从而建立了一种评价焊道表面质量的方法。

     

    Abstract: Hierarchy analytical theory combined with the experiment is employed to determine the surface quality synthesis estimating weight coefficient of continuity, uniformity and spatter of bead.A surface quality membership degree table is created by using fuzzy theory.The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy theory are applied to estimation for practical beads.It is approved that the analyzed results accord with the actual results.
