复合材料界面裂纹焊接接头塑性发展方向与复合角依存关系的数值分析

Numerical analysis about dependence relation between plastic zone spread direction for welded joints with interface crack and mixity angle of composite material

  • 摘要: 针对熔合线含裂纹的不同强度组配焊接接头,应用弹塑性有限元方法对其裂端场塑性区和复合角进行数值计算,讨论了强度组配与裂端场塑性区的发展规律以及裂端场塑性区发展方向与复合角的关系。结果表明,强度匹配对其裂端场塑性区发展规律有很大影响,即裂端场塑性区优先向屈服强度较小的材料发展;在同一载荷作用下,低组配接头裂端场塑性区比高组配大;裂端场塑性区随着复合角的增大而减小,对于不等组配接头,在载荷小于裂纹两边材料中较小的屈服强度值作用下,其塑性区发展方向与复合角呈现线性关系,而在载荷大于裂纹两边材料中较小的屈服强度值作用下则呈现非线性关系。

     

    Abstract: Concentrated on the mis-matched welded joints containing crack on the fusion line, plastic zone and compound angle were analyzed by using elasto-plastic finite element method.The relationship of plastic zone, strength matching and compound angle of welded joints containing single-edge crack on the fusion line was studied.The results show that strength matching has an obvious influence on the plastic zone for welded joints with crack on fusion line, i.e., plastic zone preferentially make development for material which has less yield strength, and plastic zone of under-matched welded joint is larger than that of over-matched welded joint in the same load lever;the crack tip field plastic zone decreases with compound angle, that is to say, when load lever is lower than yield strength of both sides of materials in interface crack, their relationship is linear, otherwise, their relationship is non-linear in welded joints.
