BCo45NiCrWB高温钎料的钎焊工艺性能

Brazing process of high temperature brazing filler metal BCo45NiCrWB

  • 摘要: 研究了BCo45NiCrWB高温钎料的润湿性,蔓流性,以及不同钎焊工艺对钎焊接头的微观组织影响,并分析了钎焊动态过程。利用光学显微镜(OM)分析钎焊接头显微组织,运用电子探针(EPMA)分析钎焊接头中的元素扩散情况,测定了钎焊接头在980℃/132 MPa条件下的持久寿命。确定了钎焊的最佳工艺为:1220℃/2 h,氩气冷却+1080℃/4 h,氩气冷却+900℃/16 h,氩气冷却,采用此工艺钎焊后在980℃/132 MPa条件下钎焊接头的持久寿命大于60 h。结果表明,BCo45NiCrWB高温钎料具有良好的工艺性能。

     

    Abstract: Wettability and flow-ability experiments of a high temperature brazing filler metal BCo45NiCrWB were studied.Dynamic analysis of brazing process was studied by a STMD-300 surface tension test apparatus.Microstructures of brazed joint with different brazing processes were studied.Microstructure of brazed joint was analyzed by optical microscope.The element distribution of brazed joint was analyzed by electron microprobe.Rupture life of brazed joint at the condition of 980℃/132 MPa was tested.The best brazing process of BCo45NiCrWB alloy was established.The brazing parametens are 1220℃/2 h, +1080℃/4 h +900℃/16 h, all by argon quench.Results show that the high temperature brazing alloy BCo45NiCrWB has excellent process brazeability.At the condition of 980℃/132 MPa the rupture life is more than 60 hours.
