超音速冷喷涂铜涂层特性分析

Properties of Cu coating in supersonic cold gas dynamic spraying

  • 摘要: 介绍了超音速冷喷涂技术特点及工艺原理,测试了铜涂层的显微硬度、结合强度等重要指标,利用扫描电镜、X衍射、EDX测试手段观察了铜涂层组织形貌,分析了涂层相结构、残余应力状况和微区成分等特性。超音速冷喷涂铜涂层试验研究的结果表明,铜涂层的平均显微硬度高于铸态铜块体材料,涂层结合强度高;X衍射表明铜涂层无相结构变化,完全没有氧化现象,具有"性质的遗传性";涂层的应力主要为压应力,有利于提高结合强度;试样热处理后,涂层与基体的界面处出现了微区扩散层,局部界面微晶化甚至消失。

     

    Abstract: Cold gas dynamic spraying characteristics and process principle were introduced.Cu coating microhardness and bonding strength were tested.Microstructure, phase structure, stress state and micro-region composition of Cu coating were analyzed by SEM, XRD and EDX.Results showed that the average microhardness is higher than that of bulk copper.The bonding strength is higyh between the coating and the base metal.The results of XRD shows that there is no oxidation and changes of phase stracture in Cu coating. The stress of coating is mainly compressive stress, which help to improre the bonding strength.After aging at 300℃, interface between the coating and the base metal appears diffusion layer.
