焊接结构车间焊接气溶胶扩散的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of welding aerosol diffusion in welded structure workshop

  • 摘要: 以焊接结构车间的焊接气溶胶扩散过程为研究对象,应用计算流体力学湍流理论,选择包含浮力项的三维N-S方程以及κ-ε方程模式建立了焊接气溶胶扩散的数学模型。方程组采用SIMPLE(压力连接方程的半隐式)算法求解,求解结果较全面地反映了焊接气溶胶随时间、空间变化扩散的规律。通过焊接气溶胶浓度现场实测,模拟值与其浓度分布基本吻合。模拟数值显示焊接气溶胶扩散时首先受热浮力作用上升并在顶部聚集,然后在流场作用下沿顶壁面扩散,同时部分焊接气溶胶向下沉降。存在多个相邻的焊接源时,焊接气溶胶的扩散会形成叠加,导致部分区域的浓度升高。

     

    Abstract: Based on turbulence theory of hydrodynamics, three-dimensional turbulence field equations were established with the use of N-S equation and κ-εmodel to investigate the welding aerosol diffusion process in welded structure workshop. The equations were resolved by the SIMPLE algorithm.The results basically reflected the law of welding aerosol diffusion with the change of space and time.The concentration values of the simulations were basically in agreement with the experimentally measured results of welding aerosol concentration.It was analyzed through the simulations that welding aerosol rose under the acting force of thermal buoyancy and congregated atop workshop, and then diffused along the ceiling with the force of liquid field, and at the same time a part of welding aerosols subsided.When several welding sources were neighbored with each other, welding aerosol concentration increased in parts of the area where the diffusion was superposed.
