新型低热输入数字化焊接电源控制系统的研制

Control system for new low heat input digital welding power source

  • 摘要: 以DSP(数字信号处理器)TMS320F2812为控制核心,采用IGBT逆变技术研制了新型低热输入数字化焊接电源。根据低热输入焊接法的需要,设计了特殊的焊丝运动形式,配合专门设计的电流波形,通过A/D采样及校正、软件变参数积分分离的PI调节、D/A转换器等对输出的焊接参数进行了精确控制,实现了对焊接电流输出波形的准确控制。整个控制系统响应速度快、输出波形纹波小、没有过冲和振荡、工作过程稳定,可以达到良好的控制效果,满足低热输入焊接的要求。

     

    Abstract: A new low heat input digital welding power source control system, which adopts inverter technology using IGBT, is developed based on TMS320F2812 DSP chip.For the need of the low heat input welding, authors designed the special welding wire motion and current wave.By using A/D sampling and calibration, multi-parameter PI modulation, and D/A converter, the welding parameters can be easily controlled with high precision.The control system which has high response and low heat input can be achieved.
