Comparison of pressure characteristics between two friction welding machine hydraulic systems

  • 摘要: 为分析采用电液比例计算机闭环系统进行摩擦焊接过程控制的必要性及可行性,对比分析了分别由开关阀和比例溢流阀组成的两种摩擦焊机轴向压力施力系统的静动态特性,以及长期生产过程中轴向压力波动规律,重点分析了油温对轴向压力参数的影响。结果表明,比例阀控制系统轴向压力的静、动态特性均优于开关阀系统;在长期焊接生产过程中,比例阀控制系统的轴向压力不受液压系统油温影响,比开关阀系统稳定,控制精度高,重现性好。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the necessity and feasibility of close-loop process control by electro-hydranlic ration in the friction welding, the static and dynamic characteristics and the axial pressure fluctuations in long period welding production of two hydraulic systems of friction welding machine were compared. One system is constructed with stationary valves and the other used proportional relief valves.The effect of system oil temperature on axial pressure was analyzed in emphases.The results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of axial pressure with the proportional valve system are better than those with the switch valve system;the axial pressure of the proportional valve control system is independent on oil temperature.In long periodwelding production, the control precision of axial pressure with the proportional valve control system is higher, and the repeatability is better than that of switch valve control system.
