Ni基及Fe基非晶态箔带钎料对碳素钢管的润湿行为

Wetting behavior of nickel based and iron based amorphous filler metal foil on plain carbon steel pipe

  • 摘要: 在1200℃×50 s,流动Ar气保护的相同条件下,对比进行了三种非晶态钎料BN i-2,BN i-3与Fe基非晶(Fe78B13Si9)对低碳钢管的润湿性试验。结果表明,BN i-2的润湿角较小,约为10°左右,且对母材表面洁净程度不敏感;BN i-3的润湿角约为45;°Fe基非晶的润湿性最差。分析认为,BN i-2优越的润湿性归因于少量的Cr与Fe有良好的冶金相容性(Cr在Fe中有较大的固溶度并能与钢中的碳作用)以及BN i-2本身较低的熔点。

     

    Abstract: The wettability of nickel based amorphous filler metal foil BNi-2,BNi-3 and iron based amorphous filler metal foil Fe78B13Si9 on plain carbon steel pipe were investigated under the same welding condition:bonding temperature of 1200℃,holding time of 50 seconds and flowing argon atmosphere.Results show that BNi-2 foil has excellent wettability,namely the wetting angle is about 10 degree,and its flowing is not sensitive to the surface oxide film on base metal;the wetting angle of BNi-3 foil were about 45 degree;the wettability of iron based amorphous filler metal foil Fe78B13Si9 is very poor.The excellent wettability of BNi-2 foil was attributed to the excellent metallurgical consistence(high solid solubility of Cr in iron and reaction between Cr and C in steel)and lower melting point of BNi-2 amorphous foil.
