新型埋弧焊焊缝跟踪系统的信号处理方法

New method of signal processing for weld tracking system of submerged arc welding

  • 摘要: 基于直接电弧式传感器埋弧焊焊缝自动跟踪系统,针对传统的焊接电流检偏法精度不高的缺点,提出了一种全新的电弧信号处理方法和控制策略,即电流-电压双控检测法。并利用MATLAB提供的仿真工具建立了仿真模型,研究了不同情况下的调整因子对检测效果的影响,并得出仿真波形。经试验验证,将仿真结果与试验结果相比较,两者基本达到一致,焊缝跟踪精度得到了显著地提高,从而为研究埋弧焊焊缝自动跟踪系统提供一个强有力的工具。

     

    Abstract: Based on the automatic weld tracking system of submerged arc welding which takes the direct-arc-typed sensor,aiming at the disadvantage of low accuracy which exists in the traditional deviation checking method with welding current,a new arc signal processing method and control strategy-currentvoltage dual control examining method-was put forward,and a simulating model was build up by MATLAB to study the influence of the adjustment factor under difference circumstances on the examination results.By comparison,the simulating result is basically in accordance with the experiment result,the weld tracking accuracy is improved greatly,which provide a powerful tool for the research of automatic weld tracking system of submerged arc welding.
