基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的CO2焊波形控制软件开发

Software development for CO2 digital welding power based on μC/OS-Ⅱ

  • 摘要: 基于MSP430F449控制系统对μC/OS-Ⅱ进行研究,内容包括软件系统的结构分析、μC/OS-Ⅱ在MSP430F449上的移植等工作。在此基础上针对CO2焊波形控制任务的需要开发了相应的控制程序。结果表明,软件系统运行稳定可靠,响应及时,维护简单。

     

    Abstract: As the development of digital welding power source,the hardware and software of its control system is becoming more and more complicated.It is necessary to apply real time operating system in welding process control to assure the welding power source's reliability and stability.CO2 welding process control software was deueloped based on μ C/OS-Ⅱ.The software development included the structure analysis of μ C/OS-Ⅱ,the migration of μ C/OS-Ⅱ on MSP430F449,the development of task code and the response time test of short arc interrupt.The welding process showed that the control software is stable and reliable,and its real time response ability meets the requirements of CO2 welding process.
