陶瓷软线材火焰喷涂距离对涂层性能的影响

Influence of spraying distance of ceramic soft wire flame spraying on properties of layer

  • 摘要: 使用法国生产的软线材火焰喷涂装置及Al2O3-3%TiO2陶瓷软线材,进行了喷涂工艺、涂层组织及性能方面的研究工作。研究结果表明,少量的TiO2添加能明显地提高涂层的强度和致密性。通过X射线衍射分析,涂层主要由α-Al2O3γ-Al2O3两种相结构组成,而且斜六方晶体结构的α-Al2O3稳定相是涂层中的主相,有利于良好的涂层性能。在C2H2和O2工作压力分别为0.135 MPa和0.3 MPa,气体流量分别为65 L/min和62 L/min,喷涂距离为80mm的条件下,涂层的结合强度最高达到22 MPa,硬度最高达到1200 HV,孔隙率最低为4%。

     

    Abstract: By using the soft wire flame spraying equipment and Al2O3-3% TiO2 ceramic soft wire,the spraying processing and properties of coatings were investigated.The result shows that the strength and density of coating was improved clearly by appending a bit of TiO2。By the analysis of X-ray diffraction,the coating is mainly made of α-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3.α-Al2O3 is the main phase in the coating,which makes the favorable property in the coating.Under the condition of working pressure C2H2(0.135 MPa) and O2(0.3 MPa),and gas flux of 65 L/min and 62 L/min,and spread distance of 80mm,the combination strength can reach as high as 22 MPa,and the hardness can reach to 1200 HV.At the same time,the cavity ratio can decrease to 4%.
