Design and parameter selection for soft-switch arc welding power source(Ⅱ)

  • 摘要: 在介绍新型LCL(混合谐振结构)谐振软开关弧焊逆变电源主电路原理的基础上,对这种弧焊电源进行了设计,并对电路中主要参数予以了确定。其内容包括并联电感Lp及变压器初级电容Cp的计算、变压器变比及其最大占空比的确定。根据设计的电源参数,对研制的焊接电源进行试验。试验表明,该电源能够较好地实现软开关。从而证明该设计是合理的、有效的。

     

    Abstract: Soft-switching arc welding power source of resonant type of new LCL-type was designed on the basis of the principle of main circuit and the main parameter of the circuit was determined.The contents include calculation for parallel connection inductance LP and the primary capacitance of main transformer,no-load voltage ratio and maximum duty ratio of the transformer.Experiment about the arc welding power source was done in the light of designed parameters.The experimental results indicated that the power source can work well with soft-switch.So the design is reasonable and valid.
