基于uC/OS-ii内核的数字焊接电源实时控制系统

Real time control system of digital welding power source based on uC/OS-ii

  • 摘要: 数字式焊接电源系统应用日益复杂,传统的前/后台软件系统已经不能满足需求。采用uC/OS-ii实时内核开发焊接电源多任务系统,利用实时内核为多任务应用程序提供基本服务,应用于数字电源系统中。介绍uC/OS-ii实时内核和多任务的结构,并提出进行系统开发时,根据电源软件系统功能合理创建任务的方法,并进一步提出了焊接电源应用程序系统框架。以串行通讯接收发送数据包试验,简单说明uC/OS-ii系统的应用程序运行过程。最后用电流阶跃试验表明,基于uC/OS-ii数字焊接电源实时控制系统工作稳定,在焊接系统的可靠性、动态响应特性方面有显著提高。

     

    Abstract: Digital welding power source becomes more and more complex,and the conventional program system can't meet the needs.Muti-tasks program system on welding power source was developed using uC/OS-ii.Structure of uC/OS-ii and multi-tasks was described,and the method to create tasks reasonably according to the function of the power source's software system was presented.Running process of the program was demonstrated by sending and receiving in serial communication.At last,pulsed current on resistance load experiments indicated that uC/OS-ii can work stably on digital power source and improve the dynamic characteristic of welding equipment.
