Characteristic parameter describing appearance of aluminum alloy weld in electron beam welding

  • 摘要: 基于图像传感方法,研究了铝合金电子束焊接过程特征区域LR(后长)和W(宽)的变化情况,通过分析LRW的波动性与焊缝表面成形之间的对应关系,确定了电子束焊接铝合金焊缝表面成形表征量。结果表明,νRL(LR的变异系数)和νW(W的变异系数)均可表征焊缝表面成形。νRL是从焊接熔池运动变化的因变量角度进行表征,而νW是从焊接熔池运动变化的自变量角度实现表征,但二者的表征效果相同。

     

    Abstract: Based on visual image sensing method,variation of the rear part of the length(LR) and the width(W) of the feature zone in electron beam welding of aluminum alloy were investigated.The characteristic parameters describing the appearance of the aluminum alloy weld in electron beam welding were determined by analyzing the relationship between the appearance of weld and the fluctuation of RL and W.The results show that the appearance of weld can be described successfully by the variation coefficient of LR(νRL) and the variation coefficient of W(νW) as the characteristic parameters,because the fluctuation of RL and W are the dependent variable and the independent variable of the variation of the welding pool respectively.The effect that the appearance of weld is described by both the characteristic parameters is the same.
