  • 摘要: 用热处理方法研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti-16MnR钢爆炸焊接复合板交界区的冶金行为,认为视在增碳层宽度随热处理参数P1的增大而呈波浪式增加,但真正增碳层宽度随P1的增大而单调增加。增碳层中最大硬度HVm是在靠近视在增碳层的1Cr18Ni9Ti钢一侧,加热温度T高,则HVm低。测定了C和Cr元素在1Cr18Ni9Ti钢中的扩散系数。

     

    Abstract: Metallurgical behaviours of steel combined 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 16MnR plate by explosive welding were studied with heat-treatment test.The conclusions showd that the width of visible carbon riching belt increases wavily,while the width of real carbon riching belt increases monotonously.The site where there is the maximum micro-hardness HVm is near the visible carbon riching belt in stainless steel of 1Cr18Ni9Ti,and the maximum micro-hardness decreases when heating temperature T increased.Diffusion coefficient of element carbon and element chromium is determined.
