Rich argon protecting welding CAPP system development

  • 摘要: 介绍了在Visual Basic6.0集成开发环境(IDE)下,采用C/S结构,开发的重型车辆计算机辅助焊接工艺设计(WCAPP)系统。系统客户端利用VBA和OLE Automa-tion技术,服务器端利用SQL Server 2000,实现了基于特征的焊接接头信息管理、工艺试验报告的编辑维护、工艺卡片的信息管理、焊接工艺卡和焊接工艺参数智能生成以及工艺卡批输出等主要功能。

     

    Abstract: Using C/S structure the CAPP system of rich Argon protected welding based on Visual Basic 6.0 Integrated Develop Environment(IDE) was developed.Some key techniques used in the system are discussed,including the VBA,the OLE Automation technique in the client,and the SQL Server 2000 in the server.The information management of weld joint based on character,the maintenance and edition of process experiment report,the information management of process card,intelligence produce and output of process card are included.
