Research on vacuum electron beam welding of 45CrNiMoVA steel

  • 摘要: 针对焊接深度要求20mm的45CrNiMoVA钢进行了电子束焊接,对焊接工艺进行分析与讨论。利用金相分析、扫描电镜、断口分析等测试方法对45CrNiMoVA钢的焊缝形貌、组织、性能进行了研究,分析裂纹的成因和防止的措施,选择了合理的焊接工艺。试验结果表明,采用电子束焊接45CrNiMoVA钢具有很强的优势,能获得较高的力学性能,焊缝经表面着色探伤、力学性能、X射线探伤等检测,满足了设计的需要。

     

    Abstract: The electron beam welding technology of 45CrNiMoVA steel was analyzed and discussed in the paper, and the microstructure, profile and mechanical properties of weld were examined by metallography, scanning electron microscope and fracture analysis, etc. Then, we analyzed the factors causing cracks and methods to prevent them, and chose the reasonable process weld depth being 20 mm. The results showed the weld of 45CrNiMoVA steel welded by electron beam had demonstrable superorities—good mechanical properties and high strength, well results were got by colored detecting on surface, and X-ray detecting carried on the weld.
