软开关弧焊电源的设计及参数选择(I)

Design and parameters election for soft-switch arc welding power source(Ⅰ)

  • 摘要: 根据新型LCL谐振软开关弧焊逆变电源主电路原理,对这种弧焊电源进行了设计,并对电路中主要参数予以了确定。其内容包括:逆变电源输出电流Io及空载电压的计算、串联谐振电感Ls、电容Cs的参数选择、IGBT缓冲电容的参数选择。根据设计的电源参数,对研制的焊接电源进行试验。试验表明,该电源能够较好地实现软开关。从而证明该设计是合理的、有效的。

     

    Abstract: Resonant LCL-type soft-switching arc welding power source is designed based on the principle of main circuit, and main parameter of the circuit is defined. The contents include output current I0 and no load votage of the power source, parameter selection for series resonant inductance LS and capacitance CS, buffer capacitance for IGBT. The experimental results show that the power source can work well with soft-switched and the design is reasonable and valid.
