Parameters regulated multi slope waveform control gas metal arc welding

  • 摘要: 从波形控制参数的角度分析了影响短路过渡GMAW焊接稳定性的因素,并在此基础上设计了一种短路电流上升斜率可调节的多斜率波形控制方法。结果表明,通过对各阶段波控参数精确的调节,可以为适应不同的工艺条件而微调焊接工艺规范的情况下通过调节短路电流的上升速度和控制时间,增加规范的适应性,保持焊接过程的稳定性;有效的提高GMAW的焊接性能,可以更好的满足不同的焊接工艺的要求。

     

    Abstract: The influencing factor of short circuit transfer gas metal arc welding(GMAW) characteristic is analyzed according to waveform control parameters and a short current rising slope regulated multi slope waveform control method was put forw rand.The experiment result shows that the GMAW performance could be improved obviously when trimming the welding variables with the technological condition changed.By adjusting the short current rising slope and control period accurately the welding process was kept stable and fits for the different welding conditions much better.
