Integrated simulation method on virtual welding manufacturing sys-tem

  • 摘要: 通过对焊接生产系统进行建模和仿真研究,基于虚拟制造技术提出虚拟焊接制造系统及其集成仿真模型的实现框架和建模方法;结合CAD(计算辅助设计)、CAE(计算机辅助工程分析)、VR(虚拟现实)和离散事件仿真技术,对虚拟焊接制造系统的总体流程和系统的设计与布局、焊接专机及其它设备的选择和优化、焊接生产过程的静态与动态仿真、工艺参数优化和投资前的生产分析等主要环节进行了研究;通过具体实例详细论述和分析了构建虚拟制造系统的集成仿真方法,阐述了虚拟焊接制造系统仿真的关键问题。该方法为实际生产系统提供了有效分析工具,并用于指导生产实践。

     

    Abstract: By modeling and simulation on welding manufacturing system,this paper explicate the concept of virtual welding manufacturing system(VWMS),and presented a realizable frame and an integrated simulation method(ISM) based on the virtual manufacturing technology.Combining computer-aided design,computer-aided engineering,virtual real and discrete event simulation techniques,the ISM provides the modeling methods for VWMS.The research was on the key links of whole life-cycle of VWMS,including options of welding technological parameters,design of welding machines,optinfizations the layout manufacturing work-shop,static and dynamic simulation of production system,and the analysis of entire manufacturing systems before the real manufacturing system(RMS) actualized.The details of structuring the VWMS through the ISM were shown by an example,and the crucial and points were explained.The ISM provided a powerful tool for the RMS in manufacturing practices.
