超音速火焰喷涂镍基合金层的腐蚀失效过程

Corrosion failure process of NiCrBSi coatings deposited by high ve-locity oxyfuel

  • 摘要: 采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)方法在低碳钢表面制备NiCrBSi合金涂层,利用交流阻抗法(EIS)研究镍基合金层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀失效过程。由于喷涂层中存在气体,介质与基底接触前喷涂层的电极电位高于同种材料堆焊层的电位。涂层浸泡初期,孔隙等缺陷的存在破坏了涂层金属表面吸附层的完整性。随着腐蚀介质在涂层中进行渗透,腐蚀集中在孔隙等局部区域进行。最后,介质通过涂层渗达涂层/基底界面,碳钢作阳极遭受腐蚀。涂层的耐蚀性在浸泡初期急剧降低,后因腐蚀产物阻塞孔隙等腐蚀通道而有所上升。腐蚀介质接触碳钢基底后,复合电极的耐蚀性继续下降。

     

    Abstract: The NiCrBSi alloy powder was sprayed to a steel sub-strate using high velocity oxyfuel(HVOF) and the corrosion fM lure process of the coating in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution was investigated u-sing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Preferential corrosion hap.pened in the corrosion process of steel coated by HVOF coating.Firsdy,because the defects such as porosities were harmful to the uniformitv of electrochemical behavior and local corrosion occurred in these sDots.And then,the steel substrate was preferentially corroded after the solution penetratiag into the interface between the coating and the steel.The corrosion resistance of the coating fell sharply at the early stage,and then increased because corrosion products had blocked some corrosion paths.The COrro-sion resistance of the steel substrate coated by NiCrBSi coating fell contin-uously after the steel taking part in the electrochemical reaction.
