环境湿度对铜时效硬化钢焊接延迟裂纹的影响

Influence of ambient humidity on weld delayed crack of Cu-age-hardening steel

  • 摘要: 为考核铜时效硬化钢在潮湿环境中焊接时的冷裂纹敏感性,采用两种小铁研试样,气体保护焊方法,在人工环境实验室中,进行了铜时效硬化钢的焊接延迟裂纹试验研究。结果表明,在高温高湿环境中焊接比在0℃时焊接更容易产生延迟裂纹。在最大绝对湿度环境中,采用气体保护焊焊接铜时效硬化钢,保持预热或道间温度不小于45℃,即可保证不产生延迟裂纹。

     

    Abstract: To test the weld cold crack sensitivity of Cu-age-hardening steel in humid ambience,two kinds of specimens with oblique Y-groove and straight Y-groove,respectively,were welded using gas metal arc welding.Weld delayed crack experiment of Cu-age-hardening steel was conducted in artificial environment.The results indicate that welding at high temperature and in high humidity ambience results in higher delayed cracking tendency than welding at 0℃.In the highest humidity ambience the delayed crack of Cu-age-hardening steel could be prevented by preheating or keeping the inter-pass temperature higher than 45℃ for gas metal arc welding.
