图像处理技术在CO2焊自动跟踪中的应用

Application of image processing automatic tracking of CO2 arc welding

  • 摘要: 利用CCD(电荷耦合器件)摄像及计算机熔池图像直接视觉传感方法,设计了一套基于面阵CCD计算机图像处理方法的CO2焊自动跟踪系统,图像经均值滤波和增值处理,再采用形态学的方法提取熔池边缘,从而确定熔池中心,即焊枪中心,以确定焊枪中心与焊缝的偏差,整个图像的处理时间为25 ms。

     

    Abstract: Based on plane array charge coupled device (CCD) computer image processing,an averaging filtering increment processing was designed with CCD imaging and computer welding pool direct visual sensing method.And the edge of welding pool was drawn with morphological method.In this way,the center of the welding pool was determined.And that was the center of the torch.So the offset of the torch to the seam was determined.The whole time of image processing was 25 ms.
