镁合金AZ31搅拌摩擦焊塑性流体流动

Material flow pattern in friction stir welding of AZ31 magnesium alloy

  • 摘要: 在AZ31镁合金待焊表面镀一层很薄的铜层来研究塑性材料的流动情况。试验结果表明,搅拌头首先搅动前进面的材料,使它们进入围绕搅拌头旋转和移动的区域;旋转区域的材料运动成螺旋状,在搅拌头的活动区域,材料旋转、前进、下降,而在旋转区域之外,材料向上运动。

     

    Abstract: A thin Cu coating was deposited on both sides of AZ31 magnesium alloy to be joined to study the material flow in friction stir welding.The results show that the probe wipes the material from the advancing side into a rotating and moving zone,and material rotates,advances,and descends helically in the stir zone and rises in the outer part of the rotating zone.
