Fatigue characteristic of HG50 steel welded joint

  • 摘要: 通过对国产HG50钢焊接接头疲劳性能的试验研究,建立了HG50钢焊接接头S-N曲线和应变-寿命(Δε-Nf)曲线。当Nf>105周次时,疲劳寿命主要决定于弹性应变Δεe,为弹性损伤为主的疲劳寿命,即进入高周疲劳寿命区。低周疲劳及高周疲劳的疲劳寿命随循环应力变化的速率不同,即二者的疲劳特性不同。为焊接结构的抗疲劳设计提供了重要的基础数据

     

    Abstract: The curves of S-N and strain-life (Ae-Nf) of HG50 steelwelded joint were investigated.The fatigue life mainly depends on elasticity strain ABe in Nf>105 times and belongs to high-cycle fatigue life that the elastic destruction is primary.The fatigue characteristic is different with the different cycle stress-life rate in low-cycle and high-cycle.The basic data are offered for fatigue-resistant design of welded structures.
