  • 摘要: 首先对全桥零电流(FB-ZCS)开关变换器进行了详细的稳态分析——零电流(ZCS)开关变换器的超前管(或滞后管)之间有一段重叠时间,使开关管在零电流状态下开关,因而大大减小了开关损耗,据此得出了零电流开关变换器的平均模型。由变换器的平均模型建立了弧焊逆变器的系统模型,并用仿真软件(Matlab)对弧焊逆变器系统进行了仿真。由模拟示波器上输出的典型参数波形,可以看出全桥移相零电流弧焊逆变器具有良好的控制性能。采用该变换器原理试制了一台弧焊逆变器,得到了良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a steady state analysis for a full-bridge zero-current-switching converter which introduces a suitable over-lap of work time between ahead switch and behind switch,permitting all switch to operate under zero-current-switching.Therefore,the switching wastage can be reduced.The average model is derive from the converter's steady state analysis.The system model can be developed from the converter's average model,and it has been simulated in Matlab and used toproduce the transient characteristics of the converter.The simulating re-suits show the fast operation of the control,which provide a good regulation.A arc welding inverter has been developed on this analysis,and the inverter has the excellent dynamic capabilities similar with the systemmodel.
