外加磁场对CO2焊飞溅的控制机理

Outside magnetic field control to spatter of CO2 arc welding

  • 摘要: 用纵向磁场控制CO2气体保护焊飞溅,以低碳钢Q235为试验对象,在不同焊接工艺参数下进行了有、无外加纵向磁场的焊接对比试验,并且改变外加磁场的大小,测试了不同磁感应强度下的焊接飞溅率。探讨了外加纵向磁场控制焊接飞溅的机理。试验表明,在一定的焊接规范下,外加纵向磁场能有效地控制CO2焊短路过渡中的焊接飞溅,获得较好的工艺效果;同时,存在一个最佳的磁场范围,在这个范围内,磁场对飞溅的控制效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Spatter experiments of CO2 arc welding with different parameters arc conducted under the conditions of without magnetic field,with a longitudinal magnetic field.The experiment results show that the longitudinal magnetic field could control the short-circuiting transfer spatter with in certain welding parametem and obtain good technological effect.The good effect could be obtained in a certain longitudinal magnetic field scope.The causes are discussed,and the section dimensions and the formation of the welding seams are also investigated.
