基于虚拟仪器技术的新型焊机检测装置

New research on welding machine test device based on virtual instrument technology

  • 摘要: 简单分析了目前电焊机检测设备存在的问题,并利用虚拟仪器技术对现有设备进行了全面的技术改造:采用电流型LEM传感器检测电流和电压信号,利用计算机配合高速数据采集卡采集数据,然后通过软件进行数据处理,根据电流电压有效值定义和有功功率定义等直接获取电焊机参数,在计算机的虚拟仪器面板上同时显示电焊机电流、电压、功率、功率因素、波形畸变率等参数和瞬时信号波形,并对所测信息进行统计处理和其它实用分析。

     

    Abstract: After briefly analyzing problems of the machine test equipments at present, this paper rebuilds a new welding machine test device, based on virtual instrument technology. Using LEM sensor voltage and current, sampling signal data with high speed data sample card woke in computer, applying software to process the date, acquiring RMS current and voltage according to original define, displaying the value data and waveform PC panel, this rebuilding device can accurately give not only the value of the current and voltage, but also the power,the power factor and the total harmony distortion. At the same time, the device can used to statistics and analyze real welding process.
