基于视觉的局部环境焊缝起始位置识别方法

Visual-based research on weld seam initial position recognition in local envieronment

  • 摘要: 采用视觉方法实现在局部环境中对焊缝及其起始点的识别。通过采用两步法的模板匹配方式,不仅提高了识别的速度,而且在全局匹配过程中通过区域分析的方法去除奇异点,提高了识别的准确性。在局部匹配过程中采用了动态调整搜索区域方法,并在焊缝端点附近的区域进行焊接起始点的识别及定位,从而提高了焊缝端点识别的准确性。试验表明,该方法具有较强的抗干扰性,并且运算速度较快,识别率较高,具有较高的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, it has been realized the recognition for weld seam and its initial position in local environment with visual method. According to adopt the two stages pattern match method, improving the recognition speed and accuracy with wiping off the error points in global pattern match by using area analysis method. The initial position can be recognized accurately by using the method that dynamic adjust the search area in local pattern match stage in the area near the end of the weld. Results show that this method not only has the characters of anti-jamming, fast runnig speed and higher recognition, but also has higher practical value.
