Full digital control system based on DSP for pulsed GMAW inverter

  • 摘要: 设计并实现了脉冲焊电流和弧长的全数字控制,取得了良好的控制性能。文中根据脉冲焊工艺需要提出采用变参数数字PI调节器,取得了好的脉冲电流波控效果,同时提出了一种新的弧长调节方法,克服了传统压频转化法由于脉冲焊电弧模型难确定、弧压控制系统为多速率系统而导致的弧压控制器参数难于确定,很难在全范围内获得满意的弧长控制效果等问题,实现了在全范围内对弧长的快速、稳定调节,提高了弧长的控制性能。试验结果表明,设计的脉冲焊全数字控制系统取得了一致性好的理想电流波形,在焊矩高度等扰动发生时,控制器可以实现快速、稳定的弧长调节。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a full digital control system for pulsed gas metal arc welding inverter. The desirable control performance is achieved with the accurately controlled current waveform and high-speed stable arc-length adjustment.A PI regulator with variable parameters is adopted for flexible and accurate current-waveform control. In addition, a new arc-length control method is presented,and the higher adjustment performance is achieved within a wide range. The experimental results validate the system design, the stable and repeatable current waveforms are obtained, and the arc-length becomes robust against the variations of welding parameters.
